Pasta Salad

You need:
Pasta (macaroni or penne works best)
Olive oil
Vinegar
Cucumber
Tomato
Any other vegetables you like
Salt & Pepper

Cook up pasta until it's al dente; drain and rinse with cold water. Throw in the veggies (cut up), pour in some olive oil and vinegar, add the salt and pepper, and done! I often makes this when I'm going to class and then somewhere else afterwards, perfect dinner/lunch to go.
